Parking

We are so excited to have you on campus for Family Weekend. On football weekends, there are some parking lot closures that impact events taking place Friday night. We'd like to share some recommendations on where to park based on which activities you are participating in Friday evening. 

Friday Evening (Welcome Hour, Taste of Waco)

• If you are attending Welcome Hour/Meet the Faculty at the Hurd Welcome Center, you are welcome to park on the first floor of Dutton Parking Garage, which is adjacent to the Hurd Center. 
• If you are staying for Taste of Waco, you are welcome to keep your car parked there but will need to move your car from this garage promptly by 9 p.m.
• If you are attending Taste of Waco later in the evening but not going to Welcome Hour/Meet the Faculty, we want to let you know that the SUB Visitor Lot will be closed, so families and guests are welcome to park in Speight Parking Garage.
• Parking information for the Old Dominion concert can be found on the Baylor Concerts website. 

Saturday Afternoon (Tailgating, Football Game)

• There is limited parking on campus during football games. We highly encourage you to take advantage of the Baylor Game Day Shuttles from downtown Waco. There is ample free parking downtown and the shuttles are efficient, frequent, and air-conditioned. The walk from the shuttle drop-off near the stadium is much shorter than the walk to the stadium from campus.
